As we near the end of the school year I look back and see all that we have done and how much Kathryn has grown, both physically and mentally. Physically she has grown 2 inches since the beginning of the year. She is finishing her Kindergarten year on target with most subjects and ahead in math and science. She has participated in many events over the school year. She has been in one production and is finishing the year in a second. Soccer and Gymnastics are her favorite physical activities. She will do art with me but has more fun going to Lowes and Home Depot and doing the wood working workshops they have during the month. She has been doing them for three years now and in the last few months has said she does not need my help anymore. She wants to do it " all by myself". It is hard to watch her become so independent but also very rewarding to watch her grow into her own person.
